Fathers Day Week end.

This little lady was the center of our Father's Day Week with her smiles.
Wishing her father a Happy First Father's Day.

Her mommy and daddy brought her to Grandma/Grandpas to wish Grandpa a Happy Fathers Day. Was good at Carlos O'Kellys where we went for a bite to eat.

From there we went by the nursing home to see Great grandma.

We had to check out this lady. (Mom you say this is your grandma?)

Great grandpa was all smiles. (He was still talking about her visit yesterday when we stopped to see them.)

Oh, wait, there I see something I'd like to get my hands on.

Got it.... What is this used for? (It was great grandmas shiny belt)

Their first trip to our new home.

Everybody had a place to sit down....nobody had to sit on the floor.

Kenley checking out Paco.

No sweetie, you can't put your hand in his cage, afraid he would bite you. She was okay with him until he started the loud screeching, then he had to be covered with his orange blanket.

Wishing Grandpa a Happy Father's Day.

Before they headed back home, we had to stop by Krekels for some lemon ice cream.

She wanted to get her hands on it. (Had mommy said it was okay I would have let her) She sure wanted to see what it was. Someday soon I hope Mommy will let her have some of this wonderful ice cream. It has always been Kim's favorite. Lemon ice cream with red sprinkles on it. yum, yum.

Boat vs trailer?

Should we have purchased a boat instead of a trailer?
Or Should I fasten a floating device to the underside of my trailer?

OH, WAIT, it only does this when it rains....
And when it stops raining it will all be gone within 2 hours.

Above taken from my living room window on the 12th.
Oh, wait it is only knee deep on Bud.

trying to find the storm drain to see if it has garbage stuck on top of it.

Had we known what we do now would we have chosen that lot? Who knows. But we have survived.
Besides have a ton of rain to deal with, I have been very busy at the office.
I will be grateful to see Julie return from Florida on Monday.
Until then I will hold down the fort.... Grab lunch hours whenever possible and get out of the office and be thankful that the rain at least for today is gone.

New face

In the midst of our moving, we received a picnic table from a friend of ours. Today, Bud is giving it a new face.

I can't tell from this photo if he did the legs too or not...But if he did not, then I am sure I will insist that they be done too.
Looks a lot better!

New steps.

New steps for the back door. Makes entry and leaving a lot easier. Movable should we ever want to move.

Move is done.

Since we moved into our trailer we have done more outside activities then in a long, long time.
Bud even has been grilling out. Helping fix dinners.

I watch......:)

After dinner, you will likely find him on the computer:

Our kitchen living room is small, but I love it!

In the front bedroom I have fixed up one of the top bunks with some momentos.

The desk in the back bedroom:
We are done, the apartment is empty.
I even shampooed the front room.
Now hopefully he will get the apartment rented soon.
