Peaceful

-today has been a peaceful day. Woke up this morning to our early morning visitors up front here. Must make them go back to the pond. Or we will have more poop up here then you can ever immagine!

Tonight sitting on our deck listening to the locust buzzing. Haven't seen any deer around up here, but they or the raccoons will be here before morning. They ate half my tomato plant and ate my big ripe tomato. So I have disassembled the plants out in that garden so now it is only the bird feeding area.
Jeri cut the bush down that was out there, and trimmed the trees, so now we can see under the trees.
It is so PEACEFUL out here this evening. I love living in the country!

Verna...I am so glad you are enjoying yourself living in the country! It does sound peaceful! I sure haven't been reading many blogs lately. I am trying to catch up a bit this morning.

On Monday we are going to Colorado for several days. I am looking forward to some peaceful time at the cabin with our oldest daughter, Lisa and her family.

Love ya,
Linda
