Today may be the day, I may just simply loose my cool with some of these
irate people.
Yesterday we had a little old lady who said she had no heat. We worked her in before some of the others since she was OLD......
Well, this morning I read her service call.
SHE HAD LEFT HER BACK DOOR SLIDER OPEN AND FORGOTTEN SHE HAD IT OPEN.
AND THE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW ZERO!
Bet she won't want to pay for this service call.
PEOPLE---PEOPLE---PEOPLE... WAKE UP.

Too funny, verna! I have had the last two days off of school due to the cold temps. It has been the beginning of a nice long weekend and the temps are on the rise!
