YAA --IT IS NOT CANCER

First, I want to say Thank you Lord. It is Not cancer!

The MRI was done on Friday. Monday morning Bud Called the imaging center and as they spoke on the phone she faxed the report to our doctor. He also requested a copy of the report. Which she printed and he was allowed to pick up that day.

Before he could get out to pick up his report our Doctor called him personally.

The Mass or whatever they wanted to call it that they were questioning is actually Bilateral renal cysts. Some of these are similar in their appearance, while others are complex, containing high T1 signal, suggesting hemorrhage or protein. The complex lesions are most consistent with Bosniak II-F lesions.

They always use big words that are hard for us to understand. But, they do say they are cysts and therefore it is not CANCER.
YAAAA cause those of you who know us know he would be ONE HECK OF A HARD PERSON TO TAKE CARE OF IF IT WERE CANCER!

My main concern is: Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm that measures 4.4 cm . Which they say Followup recommended.

Follow up ----ha, ha,ha.... In my heart and mind I know that this thing needs to be fixed as soon as possible! This will be the second one that he has. The other time was in 2002.
I know they have improved how they do things since then. Even Dr. Kraus told him this morning that he thinks he should get it fixed. With his cousin, and father both dying from burst aneurysm, and His sister having a number of them fixed, but survived them. Well, I simply don't want to take any chances. How soon he will get it done? Don't know but do know I want him to get that appointment with Dr. Derrick and get it done.
